CANCELLATION POLICY: In order to provide optimal scheduling for all clients and to fairly compensate our technicians, Body Sugar Boutique finds it necessary to implement a 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY for all booked appointments. PAYMENT IN FULL is expected for any appointment missed or called within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. It is important you arrive on time for your service to avoid being charged. Any arrival 15 minutes past the appointment time will be considered a cancellation and charged the full amount of booked service. We are firm on this policy and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Please be aware of your health when making an appointment. Be sure you have not been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID -19. Be sure you are not running a fever or experiencing any symptoms of COVID - 19.Your safety and the safety of our team is of upmost importance.
