HARASSMENT POLICY: Sexual harassment is punishable by law. We retain the right to refuse service to anyone who displays inappropriate behavior.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We want to make scheduling work well for everyone, so we ask for a little help from our clients: you're welcome to cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Since our technicians reserve that time especially for you, cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged the full service amount. We also ask that you arrive on time, as arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be treated as a cancellation and charged accordingly. Thank you for understanding, it helps us keep things running smoothly for you and every other client on our schedule.
